Unnati Gupta, Chef, Tari ki Malkin and everything in between

Chef Unnati Gupta's culinary journey began in Lucknow at age 12, inspired by family gatherings and community meals. After 3 years of formal training at Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development in Udaipur and 2 years at Olive Bar and Kitchen in Delhi, she founded Bawarchi Cucina (later Table Experiences by Unnati) in 2018, gaining acclaim for her innovative boutique catering and experiential pop-up events. During the COVID-19 pandemic in mid 2020 and early 2021, she returned to Lucknow, to set up a home kitchen to deliver daily 100+ meals to COVID affected families for a 8 months.

Drawing on her heritage, Chef Unnati launched Tari India in March 2023 with the goal of bringing Awadhi flavors to Delhi. She honed her skills in authentic cultural dishes and incorporated Lucknow's culinary legacy. Today, Tari India reflects her dedication and innovation, presenting thoughtfully crafted dishes that resonate with Delhi's food aficionados and make a significant mark on the culinary landscape.
